Interview 3 Questions

10 Questions: CAS Exit Interview

The final interview should be as much about reflecting on the process holistically as it is on closing out and gaining hours. To that end, please choose from the following questions, the appropriateness of which varies by student. Or you can choose to share these questions with your student and have them pick one or two to choose from to answer:

1.  What was your most valuable/memorable/enlightening CAS experience? Why?

2.  What skills have you now developed or sharpened most as a result of your experiences?

3.  Which, of any of the experiences you’ve completed, may you later pursue or use in a career or college life?

4.  What did you learn about working with others?

5.  If you had to do CAS all over again, what would you have done differently?

6.  What was a difficult ethical situation that arose from your experiences?

7.  What was the most difficult aspect of CAS, and why?
