CAS final portfolio email to mentors

Dear All,

CAS will be finalised and locked on 18th April at 8.20am. 

May I remind you of your responsibility as a CAS advisor to ensure that their portfolio is checked against THIS checklist. This should not be an issue if students were up to date in March (last deadline) when interview 3 should have been completed.

Please use the flag system to show the status of their portfolio (cup / green flag / red flag) and complete their portfolio once all is in order (see box below)

If you are unsure of any of the above, please refer to THIS SLIDE DECK or the CAS website.

Failing to have their MB portfolio in order will lead to their IB diploma withheld for up to a year. 

All students who are not passing CAS on 18th April will receive a letter home and you will be cc'd in this too.
